Please ensure that your child’s teacher has up-to-date contact details for you or your child’s guardians and other individuals who may drop or collect him/her. Details of at least two individuals who could be contacted in the case of an emergency are required. Contact details should include names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.
It is the parent’s/guardian’s responsibility to inform the school in writing of any changes in name, address or telephone details.
